HOW TO REGISTER
All delegates are kindly requested to register for the meetings and social events using our online registration system.
We strongly suggest that you register online for the event now and reserve your hotel room as soon as you receive e-mail confirmation.
Please note that you are allowed to register only if you have received an official FIA invitation.
REGISTERING FOR THE MEETINGS
You can register for all meetings (FIA, FIA Foundation, FIA Institute or regional meetings) of the Annual General Assembly through the registration system.
For the other meetings, please be sure that you are a member of the group in question otherwise we will have to cancel your participation.
A written confirmation of your meeting attendance will then be sent to you. Working documents for the various meetings will be available from the website in due course.
HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION
Your registration may be modified or updated by clicking on “Registration” again:
We kindly ask you to keep your registration updated as this will enable us to ensure that there is shuttle transport available to take you to your chosen hotel. The more precise you are in the information you provide the better we will be able to assist you on the ground in Turkey.
